Bonnie Harmon, Office Manager: Bonnie has served for 25 years as Office Manager for SSA.  She coordinates our office automation, printing, E-mailing, faxing, and mailing/shipping activities.  She receives and directs client inquiries.  Bonnie coordinates the printing and distribution of our popular in-house publications: “Supervisors’ Safety Talks”, “Driver Safety Notes”, and “Management Newsletters”.  Bonnie is the friendly and helpful voice you hear when calling our office.

Robert H. Taylor, Consultant: After graduating from NCSU (B.S. Engineering) he joined Aetna Life & Casualty’s Engineering Department (Charlotte Branch).  For 12 years he was Manager for the Carolinas with responsibility for a staff of up to 19 engineers, 3 Superintendents, and 3 administrative assistants.  When Travelers purchased Aetna’s commercial division in ’96, he served for ~ one year as Regional Engineering Manager – Carolinas Region for Travelers.  He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP #4248) and holds the CPCU, ARM, ALCM and AAM designations.  He has been with SSA for 11 years.
